VGCC-KARTS Partnership Reminders
- To make or cancel pickup appointments call 252-438-2573; then dial 0
*All appointments are 1 way*
*Round trip appointments can be made from one call* - Tickets are only valid to and from your location and a VGCC approved site
- If you need to cancel a pickup appointment please do so As Soon As Possible or it may count as a no show appointment
- Appointment time-slots are from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Appointments can be made until 1:00 pm the day of pickup or until space runs out
- Appointments can be made two weeks in advance
- A Vance-Granville Community College ID must be presented to use the Fare Tickets
- Drivers will only wait 2 minutes beyond the schedule appointment time before leaving your pickup location
- Three (3) no shows on scheduled appointments will prompt KARTS to prohibit you from their service
- Students are responsible for making their appointment times.
- VGCC Location Pickup points (there are benches and signs at these locations): Main Campus-in front of Building 7; Franklin Campus-in front of Building 1; South Campus-in front of Building 1 by the flag pole; Warren Campus- between building 2 & 3.
