Tickets are valid to and from your location in the VGCC service area and a VGCC approved site.
Appointment timeslots are from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
If you need to cancel a pickup appointment please do so as soon as possible or it may count as a no show appointment.
Appointments can be made until 1:00 pm the day of pickup or until space runs out.
Appointments can be made two weeks in advance.
Students must sign the KARTS Transportation Program Student in order to use services.
Drivers will only wait 5 minutes beyond the schedule appointment time before leaving your pickup location (schedule pick up time for a time after your class ends.)
Three (3) no shows on scheduled appointments (including not canceling within time) will suspend you from the program for thirty (30) days.
Students are responsible for making their own appointment times.
