Planning and Research

The Vance-Granville Community College (VGCC) Planning and Research Department provides direction for college-wide planning and assessment activities for continuous improvement, accreditation compliance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, a variety of reports submitted annually to the North Carolina Community College System, data analytics, and institutional research and reporting.

VGCC employees needing to request data from Planning and Research can find the required form on the Employee Portal under Planning and Research in the Form Repository.

2025-2026 Statistical Data

Graduates (7-1-25 thru 6-30-26):

56 Diplomas, 285 Certificates, and 407 Degrees have been conferred during the 2026 Graduation year as of July 7, 2026.

Enrollment Estimates (Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026):

Enrollment Estimates are shown on three stacked books that get bigger as you go down the stack. The smallest book reads 607 for Basic Skills, 4,185for Curriculum, and 4,664 for Continuing Education.
