Section 3.N – Worker’s Compensation

All full-time and part-time employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation. Liability under this act applies to injuries received from accidents which occur during the actual course of employment. Any accident incurred in the performance of duty should be immediately reported to the immediate supervisor. All accidents must be reported. The immediate supervisor shall report all accidents to the Human Resources Executive Director within 24 hours.
