The National Society of Leadership and Success
What is The National Society of Leadership and Success?
The NSLS is the largest collegiate leadership program and the only accredited leadership honor society in the nation. With a flexible online curriculum, the NSLS is perfect for all students, especially those who are balancing full course loads with families and full-time jobs.
The NSLS aligns with our mission of teaching students skills that will last a lifetime. Throughout the program, students hone valuable, in-demand skill sets that hiring managers specifically look for, including leadership, relationship-building, goal-setting, and effective communication.

Member Experience and Benefits
The Foundations of Leadership program takes approximately ten hours or less to complete at the students’ own pace. Here, they will get to experience Speaker Broadcasts, which bring high-profile leaders exclusively to members, including leaders such as Adam Grant, Lindsey Vonn, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Deion Sanders, Matthew McConaughey, Dr. Bernice King, Daymond John, Robin Roberts, and more.
Beyond the leadership training, our members become part of a community of fellow leaders across the nation, where they’ll network and make lifelong connections. On top of the skills they learn and connections they make, NSLS membership provides access to over $400,000 in scholarship opportunities each year, along with many partner discounts to help them save even more.
Once students complete the program, they become inducted members and gain access to even more benefits, including personalized letters of recommendation, an exclusive NSLS job board, additional scholarships, and opportunities for advanced leadership education, allowing them to earn credits as they learn to lead.
