Take your holiday baking to the next level with VGCC’s Pie Basics class
Are you ready to wow your family and friends at the Thanksgiving table this year?
You don’t have to be a professional chef to make a great holiday dessert, but it helps to have one as your personal teacher! Learn the tips and tricks to making the perfect pie with VGCC PED’s Pie Basics class, led by Chef Kyle Wilkerson of VGCC Culinary Arts . In just one evening class, Chef Kyle will teach you to create both a chocolate chess pie and an apple pie for your holiday guests.
Each student will need to bring two 9″ pie pans.
