Planning and Research

The Vance-Granville Community College (VGCC) Planning and Research Department provides direction for college-wide planning and assessment activities for continuous improvement, accreditation compliance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools-Commission on Colleges, a variety of reports submitted annually to the North Carolina Community College System, grant writing and administration, and institutional research and reporting.

Student Residence percentage by county: Vance 24.2%, Granville 30.7%, Franklin 20.3%, Warren 8.4%. Adjacent counties account for 13.8% while other NC counties are 2.4% and Non-NC residents make up 0.1% of VGCC's curriculum students.

In-state Tuition $76, In-State Tuition Full Time: $1216 based on a 16 hour semester. Out-of-state tuition/credit hour $268. Out-of-state tuition full-time $4288 based on a 16 hour semester.
