Financial Aid Forms

Important Reminders

All required financial aid forms are available for students to review, print and submit to the Financial Aid Office. Students should not complete and submit any form unless it is requested by the Financial Aid Office. The forms are updated regularly for each academic year. If requested, please print, complete and submit the appropriate documents for the proper year to the Financial Aid Office.

Once forms are submitted, it typically takes 3 business days for the Financial Aid Office to process. It is important to submit all forms as soon as possible.

To meet the final SUMMER 2026 tuition deadline of May 21, 2026 for the 8-week and 1st 4-week terms: Complete the FAFSA* and all financial aid required documents by April 15, 2026.

*Please be aware it may take 1-2 weeks to receive your FAFSA once it is completed​.

Fall 2026 – Summer 2027 Financial Aid Forms

 Now is the time to complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA online at StudentAid.Gov (FAFSA). VGCC’s Federal School Code is 009903. The VGCC Financial Aid Office will begin contacting students in mid-April regarding their 2026-2027 FAFSAs and any additional steps. Please do not submit any forms at this time.
