Students also gain experience in team-based work, oral and written communication, and the use of technology to support office functions across business and industry settings.

Graduates are prepared for employment in administrative roles in business, government, education, and nonprofit organizations. Job opportunities range from administrative support to supervisory and mid-level management roles. Students may also be eligible to sit for industry-recognized certification exams related to office software and project management.
