VGCC Reschedules Nursing Assistant Evening Class At South Campus

A Nursing Assistant I class originally planned to begin Aug. 8 has been delayed to start in September at Vance-Granville Community College’s South Campus in Granville County.

The class will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., Monday-Thursday, from Sept. 12 to Dec. 6 at the campus on N.C. 56 between Butner and Creedmoor.

Registration for the course will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 29, at the campus. To register, a person needs proof of a negative TB skin test, their Social Security number, a picture identification card and the $95 registration fee.

Upon successful completion of the course, graduates will qualify at certified Nursing Assistants I.
