VGCC Names Four to Summer Dean’s List

Vance-Granville Community College has announced that four students earned Dean’s List honors for the summer term that ended in August. To qualify for the Dean’s List, a student had to maintain a 3.5 grade-point average and have no grade lower than “B” while carrying at least 12 semester hours. Summer Dean’s List honorees are listed below by program and then by residence.

Associate in Arts (College Transfer):
Candice R. Braxton of Norlina.

Associate in Science (College Transfer):
Karla A. Garcia Cervantes of Butner;
Matthew D. Smith of Creedmoor.

Human Services Technology/Substance Abuse :
Darlene T. Campbell of Oxford.
