REVLON STARTS NEW SCHOLARSHIP

Bill Conover, right, vice president of Revlon Inc., presents $12,000 to Vance-Granville Community College President Robert A. Miller to endow a Presidential Merit Award scholarship at the college. A deserving student will receive $1,000 annually, beginning this fall, from the Revlon PMA. A long-time supporter of Vance-Granville, the Oxford-based Revlon had previously endowed three Academic Achievement Awards at the college, providing $500 annually to three students.
