VGCC seminar helps Businesses collect delinquent accounts

Vance-Granville Community College’s Small Business Center will offer a free seminar on debt collection from 9 a.m. until noon on Thursday, Nov. 4 in room 7107 of Building 7 on the college’s main campus in Vance County.

This seminar, led by Harry Ponder of Asheville, will help small business owners understand the importance of having a meaningful collection policy and how to collect delinquent accounts. Participants will learn what resources are available to help collect past due accounts in nine proven steps.
