Auto Safety/Emissions Courses

NC Auto Safety Inspection – Students must be employed at a North Carolina licensed vehicle inspection station. The employer will have to sign a form for each student when they attend the class.

Real-Estate Session Pre-Licensing Requirements

1. A webcam, microphone, and speakers are required;
2. You will need a strong, consistent internet connection to stream audio and video in both directions, and that this may require you to plug a hard – wired connection into a modem, and take this course from a location where you do not have to share bandwidth with many other users;
3. There will be times when you are asked to type, read and watch, so you must be able to clearly see the full screen and access a keyboard at the same time;
4. You will be required to turn on your camera and leave it on for the duration of the conference;
5. If you miss more than 15 minutes of the virtual conference, you will not receive instructor development credit; and
6. You will be removed from the conference if you login from a moving vehicle.
7. You agree to treat the virtual conference the same as an in-person class setting and to avoid behaviors that would distract other participants or the presenter(s), such as engaging in other tasks or conversations, walking around, or leaving my computer while the conference is in session.
