Bachelor’s in Health Sciences Leadership and Development

The Health Sciences Leadership and Development Baccalaureate Program at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences provides a comprehensive online curriculum complemented by an internship. It accommodates both full-time and part-time students, making it flexible for various schedules. This program is designed for individuals who have an associate degree and either an interest in or experience in healthcare. It enables them to leverage their existing qualifications to obtain a bachelor’s degree within just two years. Students have the option to specialize in either Leadership or Education tracks.

  • Students pursuing the Leadership track often aspire to managerial, supervisory or leadership positions in healthcare.
  • Students pursuing the Education track are usually considering a role as a faculty member in a health science field or as a healthcare educator in various departments within the healthcare system.
