Age Groups

• Intermediate (Grades 3-5)  (10 students)
• Middle School (Grades 6-8) (10 students)
  • The Middle School Group (Grades 6-8) has now entered ‘Waitlist’ Status for both our Henderson and Louisburg Campuses.

Grades are based on “Rising” (Fall 2025 Grade) and may change.

Camp Information

• UAV Safety Training
• Basic Aeronautics and Airport Operations
• Aviation history and career exploration
• Drones pilot training and other STEM activities
• Field Trips, Guest Speakers

• Completed Application
• $125 – Assistance available to those who qualify

High School Aged Students – ACE Camp

When and Where

2 Weeks: July 7-11 and July 14-18, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm each day

VGCC Main Campus, Henderson

How to Apply

To apply as a high school student, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the ACE Camp Registration Form
2. Have your teacher or guidance counselor send a letter of recommendation to: [email protected]

All application materials, including recommendation, must be submitted by 11:59pm, Sunday June 1, 2025.

There are no costs or fees for the High School Age Group.
