Coca-Cola FOUNDATION STARTS PMA SCHOLARSHIP

Pape, vice president of Classic Food Services/Durham Coca-Cola, second from left, presents $12,000 to Vance-Granville Community College President Randy Parker, left, to establish the Coca-Cola Foundation Presidential Merit Award scholarship at the college. Each fall, beginning in 2005, a deserving VGCC student will receive a $1,000 grant from the scholarship. Also on hand for the presentation were Tommy Wheeler, Coca-Cola Henderson route supervisor, second from right, and Gary Morgan, VGCC vice president of Finance and Operations.
