VGCC honors trailblazers as part of Black History Month

Booker T. Washington said, “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.”

Vance-Granville Community College aims to demonstrate, throughout the month of February, how functioning as “One College” and collaborating with the community can yield great results. We will honor a few Black trailblazers and hear from some of our community entrepreneurs, who exemplify the values and goals of the college.

Visit https://www.vgcc.edu/blackhistorymonth/ from February 1-28, 2021, to honor our trailblazers as a part of Your History, Our History, Black History online celebration.
