Vance Granville Community College Nursing Faculty and Students help with Granville Health System COVID-19 Vaccine Drive Thru Clinic

Vance Granville Community College ADN Program Head, Dr. Anna Seaman and Mrs. Brande McILroy, Simulation Coordinator along with students participated in Granville Health Systems Two-day COVID Vaccine Drive on Saturday, January 15th and Sunday, January 16th.
The event served over two thousand members of the local communities and beyond. Senior students participated in COVID vaccine administration. VGCC faculty and VGCC Junior students helped with all other activities related to documentation, paperwork, and timing related to monitoring of participants after vaccine administration.
The faculty and students plan to help with future events at Granville Health as well as other Health Care Facilities in the service area.
