Mark Your Calendars for VGCCF’s Annual Fall Craft Show

Plans are underway for the third annual Fill the Pantry Craft Show, benefiting the Vance-Granville Community College Food Pantry!

This year’s show will occur on Friday, October 10, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event will take place indoors at the College’s Main Campus Civic Center in Henderson. Cost of general admission will be three (3) canned food items, nonperishable goods, or paper products. Over 40 vendors have taken part in this event each year, and more are expected this year! Raffles of vendor items will be going on throughout the event and food and beverage vendors will be on site as well.

Craft Show Vendor Information

Vendor registration for this event is now open. Event vendors should complete the online Craft Show Interest Form.

The registration/booth fee is $25 for each 10′ x 10′ space and $50 for each 10′ x 20′ space. This vendor fee is non-refundable. Vendor registration will not be considered complete and space will not be reserved until the fee is paid. Please note vendors will not be considered registered unless they have paid before the deadline of Friday, September 26, 2025.

Vendors are also asked to donate an item they make or sell for raffles that will be held throughout the event.
