Did you know the US will need to hire an estimated 3.8 million new manufacturing workers over the next decade? Vance-Granville Community College is excited to introduce the future workforce to this impactful career field at our 2024 Manufacturing Day!

This celebration of modern manufacturing (or “MFG,” for short) will inspire the next generation of manufacturers and encourage students to learn skills applicable to employment in this industry and beyond. Students will have the opportunity to tour the College’s Mechatronics lab and gain firsthand exposure to industry equipment. Local industry representatives are invited to come build excitement about manufacturing careers to help their communities and future generations thrive.

Registration is now open for this year’s event. Event organizers encourage attendees and vendors to sign up early as space is limited.

MFG Day is an initiative of The Manufacturing Institute, with the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association as a founding partner.
