SAB 125 AR Case Management

This course covers activities which bring services, agencies, resources, or people together within a planned framework of action. Emphasis is placed on coordinated services for client care. Upon completion, students should be able to develop a service plan, work with various resources, and measure individuals’ progress toward goals.
