Request For Proposals For Legal Services

The Board of Trustees of Vance-Granville Community College (VGCC) is requesting proposals for consideration of legal services in the form of general counsel for the Board. Those interested in submitting applications for consideration to provide legal services should submit in writing a proposal that provides the following:

1. Resume that describes legal credentials and experiences that relates to higher education law, and/or public school, and local government law in North Carolina.
2. Rates for services provided.
3. A letter describing why your credentials and/or experience would make you and/or your firm the best fit for Vance-Granville’s Board of Trustees.

All submissions should be sent to the VGCC Board Chair. Any questions should be directed to Ms. April Perkinson, Executive Assistant to the President and Secretary for the VGCC Board of Trustees. Please submit on or before 5 p.m. on May 2, 2023.
