VGCC Offers Free Seminar On Effective Customer Service

Business operators can learn methods to handle all types of customers in a free seminar at Vance-Granville Community College on March 15.

The seminar will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. in Room 7107 in Building 7 on VGCC’s main campus.

Denise Ryan, a consultant with Firestar of Raleigh, will instruct on how to deal with all kinds of customers. These range from the passive types who are usually very low key, will not tell you they are unhappy, but will just stop doing business with you, to really difficult, aggressive customers who will tell the world they are unhappy.
