Understanding Credit Seminar Offered At VGCC Warren Campus

Persons who need to establish good credit in order to own a home or start a business can learn how in a seminar to be offered on Sept. 21 by Vance-Granville Community College at its Warren County Campus.

The free seminar will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the campus on Ridgeway Street in Warrenton.

Joyce Siler, who will conduct the seminar, said establishing good credit might mean taking care of debts or getting in the habit of paying bills on time. This may take time and determination, and seminar attendees will learn how.

Space at the seminar is limited. Interested persons may pre-register by calling the VGCC Small Business Center at (252) 738-3239 or 738-3240 or the Warren County Campus at 257-1900.
