Super Customer Service Subject Of VGCC Class

Any successful business person can tell you that customer service either makes or breaks a business.

Vance-Granville Community College is offering a class called “Super Customer Service” on Oct. 29 that will help business operators ensure that their customers are getting the best service possible. And the class is free!

The class will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the seminar room of Building 9 (Civic Center) at VGCC’s main campus in Vance County.

Mike Collins, who teaches numerous Small Business Center classes at Vance-Granville, will be the instructor. He says, “If you aren’t taking care of your customers, your competitors soon will be.” Collins will give attendees seven steps to successful customer service, developing customer retention and satisfying an unhappy customer.
