Intermediate Spanish Offered At VGCC Franklin Campus

Vance-Granville Community College will offer a new 12-week intermediate Spanish class at its Franklin County Campus this fall.

Classes will begin Sept. 10 and will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Mondays at the campus on N.C. 56 west of Louisburg. George Tyler will teach the class.

The class is designed for people who are not seeking a degree and who have had beginning Spanish, and for those who have studied Spanish but who have not used it recently and who want to review, said Leo Kelly Jr., dean of continuing education at VGCC.

Interested persons should pre-register by calling the Franklin County Campus at 496-1567.
