We will host our 5th Virtual Chat & Chew session called Developing Resilience in Difficult Times with our guest speaker, Peter Metzner. This session will focus on developing resiliency, grit, and strategies to assist us with cultivating our inner resources that we can utilize to help us stay, calm, fully present, and better able to adapt to our “new normal.” The session will take place Wednesday, April 14th from 12 noon to 1:30pm via Zoom (online). A link to the Zoom address will be sent out to participants after they complete the registration process.
