The VGCC Student Nurses’ Association is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on September 3rd 11am-3:30pm in the Civic Center at Main Campus. Donors can make an appointment by going to https://www.redcrossblood.org/ then entering 27536 in the “Find a Blood Drive” box in the upper right hand corner.

We have appointments available for regular blood donation and for Power Red donation. Power Red is where a donor gives 2 units of red blood cells and the plasma and platelets are returned to the donor.

Walk ins are allowed, however, some times the wait times have been long so it is preferred that donors make an appointment.
