Payment deadlines for 2017 Fall Semester are as follows:
16-week Term: August 10, 2017 by 5:00pm in person or by midnight if paying through WebAdvisor.
1st 8-week mini term: August 10, 2017 by 5:00pm in person or by midnight if paying through WebAdvisor.
12-week mini term: September 8, 2017 by 5:00pm in person or by midnight if paying through WebAdvisor.
2nd 8-week mini term: October 10, 2017 by 5:00pm in person or by midnight if paying through WebAdvisor.

**If you have a received a VGCC scholarship or been awarded Financial Aid, your 2017 Fall semester classes will not be dropped. To view your awards, check your Award Letter in WebAdvisor.**
The Business Office is responsible for the collection of tuition and fees, Student Refunds including Student Financial Aid Refunds, Disbursement of Financial Aid Funds to students accounts, and the distribution of parking permits.
A student is not eligible to register for classes in any program (Curriculum or Continuing Education) if he or she owes an outstanding debt to Vance-Granville Community College. Any student having a delinquent account is not allowed to graduate or receive his or her diploma or degree or certificate. In addition, the College will not forward a transcript of records or any information concerning any delinquent student's permanent record to any other source.
