| Placement Test Scores Request |
| Individuals may request to have official copies of their placement test scores
transferred to another college or agency by completing the following
steps: In Person: Report to Student Affairs, Building 8, Room 8203, Main Campus, 200 Community College Road, Henderson, NC 27536 between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. (Monday-Thursday) or 8:30am-3:00pm (Friday). A photo ID is required in order to pick up placement test scores. By Mail or Fax: Mail or fax a VGCC Placement Test Request Form to: Testing Center, Vance-Granville Community College P.O. Box 917 Henderson, NC 27536 Fax Number: 252-738-3458, ATTN: Lori Forsythe, Testing Center Placement Test Request forms will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of your request. Extended periods of time may be required during the end of a semester or during registration. There is NO CHARGE for sending test results. Test results will be sent via First Class Mail through the U.S. Postal System. We DO NOT fax test results. |
