Transcript Request

When an official request in writing or through WebAdvisor is made by the student, transcripts of the student's record will be sent to other colleges, universities, employers, and to the student. A Transcript Request form should be submitted to the Admissions/Records Office a minimum of three days prior to the time a student wants his/her transcript mailed. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for each official transcript requested by the student.

In order to assure that transcripts will not be mailed until a student has discharged all obligations to the College, the student must complete a Transcript Request form (available in the Admissions/Records Office or at http://www.vgcc.edu/Registration-Records/Forms/transcript-request.pdf). Transcripts received by VGCC from other secondary or post-secondary institutions cannot be released to the student.
