Transcript Request


When an official request in writing is made by the student, transcripts of the student´s record will be sent to other colleges, universities, employers, and to the student. A Transcript Request form should be submitted to the Admissions/Records Office a minimum of three days prior to the time a student wants his/her transcript mailed.

In order to assure that transcripts will not be mailed until a student has discharged all obligations to the College, the student must complete a Transcript Request form (available in the Admissions/Records Office or at www.vgcc.edu/Registration-Records/Forms/transcript-request.pdf. Transcripts received by VGCC from other secondary or post-secondary institutions cannot be released to the student.

 

Transcript Fee

 

A fee of $2.00 will be charged for each official transcript requested by the student.
