Registration is the process of enrolling in a schedule of courses or a program at the beginning of each term or at other
specified times. Enrollment in a course is determined by proper registration and subsequent payment for that course. A student
who is registered in a course must be assigned a grade by the course instructor at the end of that course.

- STUDENTS CURRENTLY ENROLLED SHOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEIR ADVISOR PRIOR TO REGISTRATION (Oct.24 - Nov.11).
- PRIORITY REGISTRATION FOR STUDENTS:
Monday, November 14 — Only returning* students who have 30 or more total earned credits on their VGCC transcript.

Online registration through WebAdvisor will be available Nov. 14 - Dec. 30. Students must attend orientation and contact their advisor before registering online.

- Fill out registration form and have schedule input into computer or
- Register online via WebAdvisor
- Have ID updated
- If another organization or scholarship is paying tuition you must go to the Business Office to verify payment.
- Through WebAdvisor registration bill can be viewed and payments by credit card can be made online at the college's website (www.vgcc.edu). Payments by cash or credit card also will be accepted at any campus business office. Bills will not be mailed.
- If you have a Pell Grant, you must review your account status on WebAdvisor.
