POSITION:  Director of Human Resources

 

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:    Begins October 1, 2006 (12-month, permanent position)

 

CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIVING APPLICATIONS:  Open until filled

 

DUTIES:  The Director will be responsible for supervising all activities related to human resources for the college, including recruitment of new employees, employee orientation, benefits, employee records, professional development and personnel management. 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.   Experience as an administrator, preferably in human resources preferred.  Knowledge of employment laws and regulations also desired.

 

 

 

SALARY RANGE:  Salary based on College’s Salary Plan.
