Our Mission

The Hispanic~Latino Educational Services at Vance Granville Community College is designed with a two-fold purpose: 1) to address educational needs of the growing Hispanic population in Vance, Franklin, Granville, and Warren counties and 2) to fulfill the educational needs of the community at large in learning to communicate, employ, and interact with the Hispanic Community. Families are the backbone of the community and VGCC aims to support all families through education. We currently have several ESL classes to meet the varied scheduling needs of our students.

Nuestra MisiÃ³n

Los Servicios Educativos Hispanic~Latino en el Centro Universitario de Vance Granville son diseÃ±ados con un objetivo doble: 1) dirigirse a necesidades educativas de la poblaciÃ³n hispana creciente en Vance, Franklin, Granville, y condados de Warren y 2) realizar las necesidades educativas de la comunidad en libertad en aprendizaje a comunicar, emplear, y relacionarse con la Comunidad hispana. Las familias son la columna vertebral de la comunidad y VGCC pretende apoyar todas las familias por la educaciÃ³n. Actualmente tenemos varias clases ESL para encontrar las necesidades de programaciÃ³n variadas de nuestros estudiantes.
