Continuing Education (On-line Learning)
Ed2go - Online Learning

Courses are offered each month for students who are 18 or older. Continuing Education courses do not count towards Curriculum certificate, diploma or degree programs. Underage students who are at least 16 or 17 years old may take online courses provided they first obtain parental permission. Start dates are posted for each course you select at Ed2go or you may call (252) 738-3345 or (252) 738-3417 for current dates.

Cost for each of the online courses is $65. All courses are 24 hours and last for six weeks. You will be granted access to two lessons each week for six weeks. In order to receive a Vance-Granville certificate you must complete at least 80% of the class hours (10 lessons including quizzes with grades above 70). To receive a certificate from Ed2go, you must pass the final exam.

Each course comes complete with an online classroom. You will be able to use your web browser to access the online classroom and obtain your course material and communicate with your instructor.

Each of your lessons is accompanied by an interactive discussion area. When you need help with a lesson, all you have to do is post your question or inquiry in the appropriate course discussion area, where the instructor, his or her teaching assistant, or one of your fellow students will respond

Each qualifying Ed2Go course is 2.4 CEUs
