All students are invited to a Male Mentoring Program event on "Rites of Passage." The guest speakers are Prof. Bisi Adeleke and mentoring program coordinator Dr. Tolokun Omokunde. The seminar will be held in room F-5109 on Franklin Campus. Prof. Adeleke, an ethnomusicologist, is originally from Nigeria and is a member of the Yoruba tribe. Adeleke and Omokunde will lead a discussion of West African “rites of passage” and how “manhood training” can be applied to raising children and mentoring in the United States.
